Integrated Partnership

The Giles School

Ongoing work across social media, paid advertising, website development, and selected editorial support for an independent school.

Toronto, Canada

The relationship

Everyday communication and larger priorities stay connected.

The Giles School has regular communication needs as well as larger moments that require additional support.

Naanouh manages the school’s ongoing social media presence and develops content around classroom life, student work, events, community moments, and school priorities. When the need becomes larger, the same relationship extends into paid campaigns, Google Ads, or website work.

What the work includes

Different needs, handled through one relationship.

The scope changes with the school calendar. Routine communication, admissions activity, campaigns, and website work do not always happen at the same time.

Ongoing

Social media

Planning, copy, creative work, publishing, and day-to-day account management.

When needed

Campaigns & advertising

Focused campaign concepts, Meta advertising, and Google Ads around school priorities.

Platform

Website redesign & restructuring

Improving the structure, presentation, and usability of the school’s existing website.

Editorial support

Selected content

Event and institutional copy, video descriptions, and occasional articles.

Why continuity matters

Some weeks are routine. Others aren’t.

Some weeks require routine social communication. Others revolve around International Day, graduation, a science fair, a gala, admissions, or a new website section.

That continuity is what keeps everyday communication and bigger initiatives sounding like the same school voice.

Our Story

A full institutional history page for The Giles School’s own website, tracing the school’s founding by Harry Giles in 1989 through its growth into a bilingual, multilingual North York institution today.

Naanouh researched, structured, and wrote the complete page: sourcing the school’s founding history and its six founding principles, building a timeline from 1989 to the present, weaving in parent and student testimonials, and closing with a short staff Q&A with the current Principal.
