How It Began
A focused start. A much wider relationship.
Naanouh began working with the Family of Saint Sharbel USA in 2020 through translation assignments.
As FSS’s communication needs grew, the work expanded into ongoing content, social media, websites, campaigns, search, video production, podcasts, and performance analysis.
How the Work Grew
New needs were added without starting over.
The list below shows how the relationship developed over time. Not every part started at once, and not all of them are active at the same level today.
Translation assignments
The original entry point into the relationship.
Daily social media
Planning, writing, creative preparation, publishing, and day-to-day management.
Paid and focused campaigns
Campaign concepts, messaging, creative work, launch, and management when needed.
English site + SEO
Restructuring, partial redesign, new pages, updates, and ongoing SEO across the sites.
Video, podcasts, analysis
Video work, YouTube and podcast support, channel descriptions, and annual performance analysis.
What Naanouh Handles
One team, one continuing context.
The value isn’t that every task touches every service. It’s that the same people, who already understand the organization, its audiences, and the wider work, can handle whatever comes next.
Social Media Planning
Daily social content, campaign messaging, post design and artwork, paid campaign management, and social media management.
Article Writing
Community features and long-form articles.
Web Design and Redesign
English website restructuring and updates, and website copy.
Ongoing Digital Management & Growth
SEO across the sites, platform support, podcast channels management, and new site pages.
Analysis and Reporting
Performance analytics across the sites and channels, with recommendations for improvement.
Video Production
Four documentary-style testimonial videos in an ongoing series, with eight more in production for a different series, a visual essay tracing Saint Sharbel’s life across Lebanon (“Places of Saint Sharbel”), and editing support for FSS’s own event footage.
Additional Language Sites
Different sites. A precise role.
Naanouh also handles hosting and design for the Spanish, Portuguese, and Tagalog FSS sites. These sites use translations supplied by FSS; Naanouh builds and hosts them, but the translation work itself comes from FSS.
The English website is different: it was inherited rather than built from scratch, then restructured, partially redesigned, expanded with new pages, and supported through ongoing updates and SEO.
